Professional Focus and Areas of Expertise
I have lived in the Rogue Valley since 1998 and have been a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1999.
Prior to that I was a Certified Real Estate Appraiser for 23 years. This unique experience has given me
the knowledge and experience in many types of real estate transactions; From listing and selling
residential properties, multi-family units, rural properties, foreclosure and short sale properties as well
as listing and selling commercial properties. This extensive background in Real Estate allows me to offer
my clients a wide range of services.
I listen to the concerns and dreams of my clients and follow their lead when searching for their new property. My goal is to remain informed and well respected in the industry by both my clients and fellow
Real Estate agents alike.
Business Philosophy and Work Style
I have been blessed to raise my son and help raise my grandson in the Rogue Valley and know all the
wonderful things about this part of Southern Oregon. I look forward to helping your family enjoy the
valley in the same way. Many of my clients have relocated here from other areas and I especially
enjoy showing them homes and making their move an easy process.
